Hydralyfe

Designing Trust, One Drop at a Time

Introduction

Hydralyfe is a new company offering mobile IV therapy services delivered right to your door. I joined the team early to help shape their brand identity and design the digital experience for: booking treatments, building trust, and guiding users through a completely new kind of healthcare delivery.

Challenge

Hydralyfe faced a unique set of challenges as a new player in the mobile IV therapy space. The company was starting from scratch with no brand, no user base, and no established digital presence.

Trust and safety were top priorities from day one. Before any design could happen we had to answer a big question: how do you triage a request for IV therapy when the customer isn’t in a clinic?

We needed to create a brand experience that felt modern, professional, and reassuring.

My Role

As lead designer I helped bring Hydralyfe to life from the ground up. I led the visual identity design, developed the brand voice, and built a digital experience that made users feel confident, safe, and supported. To position the brand effectively I researched competitors in the mobile health space and identified trends that helped shape both the visual language and overall tone.

I designed and developed a multi-page website using WordPress creating a clean and responsive experience for visitors looking to learn and book the service. I also edited and color graded a promotional video used for social media and the website which included original music that set the tone for Hydralyfe’s first impression.

Process

I started with competitor research to understand how other companies in the mobile health and wellness space were presenting themselves and where we could improve. I shaped a brand identity that felt clean, credible, and modern to help users feel safe booking a medical service.

Once the branding direction was set I translated it into UI components and layouts using Figma. I mapped out the user journey to guide visitors from learning about IV therapy to booking a treatment making sure the site supported both quick decisions and deeper exploration.

The final design was developed as a multi-page WordPress site optimized for mobile and built with performance, clarity, and usability in mind. I handled a light SEO setup to support visibility after launch.

To support marketing efforts, I helped create branded visuals for social media and produced the promotional video used during launch. I edited and color graded the footage, and worked on the original music used in the ad bringing extra warmth and personality to the brand’s first impression.

Outcome

Hydralyfe launched with a strong brand presence and a clear digital experience. The results followed quickly as the team grew to 20 registered nurses, bookings began to roll in, and the business reached its first $10,000 in revenue.

The site helped position Hydralyfe as professional and trustworthy in a brand-new market, opening the door for a key partnership with a local health spa that brought additional staff on site. More than just a website, the platform, brand and marketing materials gave Hydralyfe the tools they needed to enter the market with confidence.

“A wellness experience that feels refreshingly human.”
